What is Conductive Yarn?

Metal radiation-resistant fibers are made of stainless steel through a bundle drawing process, with diameters ranging from 1um to 40um. It retains the original properties of stainless steel and produces new characteristics. It not only maintains conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and other properties but also has the characteristics of being soft and having a high specific surface area similar to chemical fibers. It is a product for producing various metal fibers.

Conductivity

We blend metal short fibers with cotton and polyester fibers to create permanently conductive yarns that can be used for weaving touch screen gloves, anti-static conveyor belts, anti-static work clothes, and more.

Anti-static

Functional fibers that eliminate static electricity through electronic conduction and corona discharge mechanisms can stably and reliably exert their antistatic properties.

Radiation Protection

Conductive fabrics made of conductive fibers have excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, shielding and absorption of electromagnetic waves, and are widely used in anti-static textiles, anti-electromagnetic radiation textiles, etc.

Conductive Yarn Applications

Conductive yarn is widely used in various fields due to its ability to transmit electrical signals. In the military, it forms part of smart uniforms, integrating flexible fabric batteries and energy conversion technologies to power embedded electronic devices. In civilian applications, it is essential for making touchscreen gloves, enabling interaction with capacitive screens. Additionally, conductive yarn is utilized in heated knitwear, allowing for adjustable temperatures in different garment areas. It also plays a crucial role in anti-static and anti-radiation textiles, enhancing safety and comfort in both industrial and everyday environments.
