IcSnow® CLEANMAX Series utilizes a sophisticated nylon modification process. The technology involves copolymerization and grafting of specialized deodorant groups onto the nylon material. This molecular-level modification enhances the nylon’s inherent properties and introduces new functionalities.
The modified structure incorporates various functional groups, including nitrogen-containing compounds, acids, and heterocycles. These additions transform the nylon surface, creating an environment inhospitable to bacteria and odor-causing molecules. The hydrophilic groups integrated into the yarn structure not only improve moisture management but also amplify the cooling sensation.
