What's the PECooX®

Polyethylene fiber, also called ethylene fiber, is a kind of polyolefin fiber. The material has a high thermal conductivity rate, can quickly drain the heat out, and is often used as a cooling material. After weaving the fabric with the fiber material, the fabric feels smooth and has the effect of imitation silk.

At the same time, the chemical bond structure of the material is stable, with certain hydrophobicity and fungicidal and anti-mildew functions, so it is a new fiber material with excellent comprehensive properties. In lrecent years, fibers made of high molecular weight polyethylene (HDPE) have been widely used in the field of mattresses, cushions, mats, ice sleeves, and sportswear. Has brought everybody a brand-new life experience.

PECooX® Properties

Medium molecular polyethylene has the properties: cooling effect (high heat transfer coefficient 0.5W), soft and smooth (Low coefficient of friction),( water&oil-repellent), anti-smudginess(Molecular chain symmetry), quality stable, and acid&alkali resistant.

Series Introduction

Regular PECooX®

100% PE white color series: semi-dull. Bright, full dull. The running specifications are 30D/7F, 50D/16F, 75D/24F-72F, 100D/24F-96F. 150D/24F-120F. 200D, 300D, 400D-1200D/ 30D,40D,50D ,75D, 100D mainly used for seamless underwear. Socks, knitting, weaving fabric, etc. 150D,200D,300D, and 400D are mainly used for home textile products. Other specifications are mainly used for industrial textiles such as cable wrappers. A full dull series can be used for weaving anti-UV fabric.

100% Dope Dyed PECooX®

Dope-dyed PE yarns: We have produced more than 80 colors. Most of them are customized for customers. Customers can only provide the Pantone color numbers. Then we can customize it for customers.

Dope-dyed PECooX® AB Yarns

A yarn and B yarn can be customized with different sizes and colors. After plying and knitting, the fabric can show more style, compared to traditional plying patterns, removing the dyeing process and making the fabric more low-carbon, eco-friendly, and high level of color fastness. Available specifications are 75D, 100D, 150D, 180D, 210D.

Permant Antibacterial Series

The antibacterial master basis are imported from overseas. The use of non-precipitated poly hexa methylene biguanide is a polycationic compound (positive), so it is easy to be negatively charged by all kinds of bacteria, and virus adsorption, thereby inhibiting the bacteria, virus splitting function, and making it lose the ability to reproduce, it quickly suffocates death. The antibacterial effectivity rate can reach 99.9% under AATCC-100. The available specifications are from 30D to 1200D.

100% Recycled PECooX® Series

Recycled 100% polyethylene yarn: We recycled post-consumer polyethylene films all over the world. Then melting, granulation, and extruding polyethylene filament. GRS-certified, available specifications can be from 75D to 600D.
