Bamboo Charcoal Masterbatch

Bamboo charcoal masterbatch is made of nano-grade bamboo charcoal micro powder, selected high-quality polyester raw material as carrier, with good dispersing technology and manufacturing process, special bamboo charcoal masterbatch is customized for chemical fiber manufacturers. Bamboo charcoal polyester masterbatch contains 20% of nano-grade bamboo charcoal micro-powder, which is made of high-quality bamboo charcoal obtained from 5-year old bamboo carbonized at a high temperature of more than 1,000 degrees Celsius, and prepared by nano technology. It has small particle size (average particle size of 500nm), uniform distribution, and is endowed with highly efficient far-infrared reflecting ability on the basis of retaining the original super adsorption ability of bamboo charcoal.
