Made from nanoporous silica aerogel, it contains over 90% still air, providing exceptional insulation with thermal conductivity between 0.017W/m.K to 0.020W/m.K. How it Works

Aerogel fiber keeps warm by leveraging its nanoporous structure, which contains over 90% still air. This structure significantly reduces heat transfer, as the trapped air acts as an excellent insulator. The fiber’s thermal conductivity ranges from 0.017W/m.K to 0.020W/m.K, much lower than that of static air, ensuring superior insulation. Additionally, the fiber’s extremely low density of 0.003g/cm³ enhances its insulating properties without adding bulk.
